Lynda White, PT, MBA
Director of Work Rehabilitation
“Early intervention is the key to the successful prevention of work related musculoskeletal disorders. It very often requires a simple change to prevent an ache or pain from becoming a full-fledged injury. My philosophy is to avoid on the job injuries by providing education to the worker about self-care techniques including maintaining a healthy lifestyle, safe work practices, and stretching/strengthening activities. Working together on-site with the employee and the employer creates a win-win solution.”
I graduated from the physical therapy program at the University of Washington in 1993. I completed my Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2005. My clinical specialty is treatment of the injured worker, pre-injury work assessments, on-site physical therapy, ergonomic solutions, physical capacity evaluations, work conditioning, and work hardening.
My Specialties: Pre-injury work assessments, on-site physical therapy, ergonomic evaluation, and physical capacity evaluations.
